Crown Towers Melbourne and the casino downstairs
Crown Towers Melbourne is Crown's top-end hotel on the Yarra. Crown Melbourne's casino is in the same complex and never really closes. If you're staying here and thinking about a night on the tables, this is what you need to know.
Riverglass Index is independent of Crown. Some links to the hotel are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no cost to you.
The hotel
Crown Towers has studios, deluxe rooms, suites and villas. The villas come with a private butler. There's an indoor pool and Crown Spa.
For dinner you don't have to leave the building: Nobu and Rockpool are both at Crown. Flinders Street Station is less than five minutes away on foot.
The casino
It's open 24 hours, seven days a week. Three times a year it closes for a morning: 4am to midday on Christmas Day, Good Friday and ANZAC Day.
Games
Table games, electronic tables and gaming machines.
Crown Wallet
An optional cashless account you can top up from your bank and use for machines, electronic tables and chips.

Staying upstairs
Being a hotel guest doesn't change any of this. The same rules apply to everyone.
